| Near Totnes, we have Coombe Park Equestrian Centre.
This is a well known venue for all kinds of equestrian and other events. It’s also used by the local dog agility group. There is seating for 120 people, a judge’s box with timing equipment and a full set of show jumps. We can also open the cafe and serve hot and cold snacks and drinks. The arena floor is a cushion track surface. There is ample free parking adjacent for trailers and lorries, an outdoor arena, a grass arena and just off the Newton Abbot to Totnes road. The Coombe Park facilities are available to hire from as little as £8/hour for the outdoor ring or £15/hour for the large indoor arena pictured. You’re welcome to hire for non-horsey events too, such as dog shows, events etc. We’ve had Greyhound owners hiring it so they have a secure area to exercise their dogs, and it’s been used for a large “It’s a knockout” game and even as a practice field by the local rugby club!
