Good to catch, lead, farrier, traffic etc. Must travel with company, panic on own in trailer or stable.
Hacks out very well in company, absolute push button for competant rider.
Used to be ok out on own too but not tried this recently, cannot imagine a problem if knows rider etc.
Schooling very well, again has not put a foot wrong.
Took a couple of weeks to settle back in but appears to be back to normal laid back self.

Companion only due to age, very sweet natured, should make quite a showy pony as nice paces. Good to handle, catch, lead etc. Quite quiet and can be bullied

COMPANION ONLY - arthritis in nearside hock has to have medication daily. This will hopefully settle down in the future and require less medication. NOT rideable. A real genuine little pony, no malice at all. very sweet natured just wants a good home with a flat field, quiet company and someone to love her. Will stay on own whilst other ridden in stable with hay.

Jan 08 - unfortunately outgrown, has come on very well in loan home but still second pony off leadrein. Is good in company but insecure out on own. schooling well and can jump 2'9" when in the mood. Has not put a foot wrong really since being back, much more subdued in field, less of the boss. Still a little nappy when in front or if something really scarey. Would really suit lightweight adult for hacking and a little fun. Good to catch, handle, traffic (unless very scarey) farrier, box etc.

Very sweet natured, tends to back down in the field.
Can be difficult to catch unless knows you, food helps. Once caught easy to handle but still very wary around teats where sarcoid was, so this needs further work. Also wary of farrier round back legs, again this needs working on. Has been led on roads etc and started backing, so far taken everything in her stride but would home now as companion to experienced home.

Tends to keep herself to herself, arthritis through back so on low dose painkillers for life and cannot be ridden. Is comfortable and sound but needs flatish field and a quiet life with lots of love and attention.
Would make ideal companion to another similar type of horse/pony that is not going to hassel her.

Good to catch, groom, shoe, lead etc however in new home and strange surroundings may be a little insecure to start with. When insecure can be a little bargy etc.
Recently been able to bring in alone and stable happily if others go out but could not guarantee this to start with in new home.
Now being ridden and schooled and coming on very well, not phazed by anything, will be stepping up work over next few weeks to bring on as riding pony. Looking for experienced home to continue this training. Stocky and will carry up to 10 stone easily, hacking only at this stage. Has had laminitis in past but since major weight loss has not been a problem.
21.09.07 - finally seems to be getting the hang of cantering, did 3/4 of school a couple of days ago following another horse, has also done short distances on bridle paths, should improve as fitness levels increase
22.10.07 - cantering well now on hacks, riding out well, good in traffic. will suit light adult.
Was put on loan but got very attached to companion mare and also fed too much concentrate - so returned April 2008 - settled back in very quickly and back to hacking out no problems

Will need an experienced, sympathetic home to continue schooling, will also need to be near here so can get to know her here before she moves.
May 2006 - now hacking out alone and in company, walk, trot and canter. Is doing very well. Seems better if hacked regularly, 4 to 5 times a week, is coping well with faster work too. (see history for recent work)
Please note because of her stifle problem the maximum weight she will carry on a regular basis is 10.5 stone - ALSO NOT A NOVICE RIDE (as above) Has been known to rear and buck and can nap if not confident in rider.
Dec 2007 - been off work for while due to quarantine, lack of time. stifle has stiffened up a bit so will need to build muscles again. Should be ready to rehome shortly
Feb 2008 - hacking out well, can be slightly stiff in canter but otherwise doing very well

Handreared but a real sweetie, not in your face at all. Good to catch, handle, lead etc. Fairly quiet and shy and does tend to get bullied so needs a gentle companion. Very nicely put together and moves well, will make lovely riding pony in a couple of years. Has led out on roads and been introduced to traffic etc in company.

Absolute sweetheart with a lot of potential. Good to catch, handle, farrier, load etc. Should make 14.2hh at least. Lovely paces although going through growth spurt at mo so a little gangly. Very loving and easy going but apt to be bullied by larger horses.

Good to catch, farrier, lead, groom, load etc. Ideal companion but MUST be very restricted grazing/hay rations, only out on mud paddock as high laminitis risk. Does have arthritis in hind legs, currently not on medication but may require low dose in winter months, cannot be stabled for long periods as this makes it worse. Farrier must be sympathetic to arthritis and not hold legs up for long periods etc.
Otherwise real sweetheart, was used as companion to disabled pony and even shared stable with same
Must be kept very slim due to metabolic syndrome
