Things we need!

As you can imagine, feeding, looking after and training over a hundred horses means we need a lot of things and you can really help us by dropping off any items you no longer have a use for. We can make use of many things, but here’s a little list to get you started.

Fresh Food 

  • Carrots
  • Polos
  • Apples
  • Parsnips
  • Turnips
  • Swedes

Maintenance

  • DIY Tools
  • Computer Equipment
  • A4 Paper
  • Notepads and Envelopes
  • Stationary, pens etc.
  • Box files, Ring Binders etc.
 Stables  

  • Feed Bowls
  • Haynets
  • Buckets
  • Rubber Trugs
  • Any grooming equipment, horse brushes, hoofpicks etc.
  • Horse Rugs of all types and sizes.
  • Horse Shampoo
  • Driving harness.
  • Tack, bits.
  • Stable tools – yard brushes, forks etc.
  • Medications (In date please!)

Feed

  • Bales of Hay, Straw and Shavings.
  • Fresh, unopened bags of horse feed.

If you’re able to help us with any of these things, please drop them in at one of our stable yards, or if you’ve got a substantial amount please contact us and we might be able to arrange a collection if you’re fairly local.
