Thank you for your interest in working for us
A career here at the Mare and Foal Sanctuary can be a most rewarding experience and we also have professional volunteering and work experience opportunities.
We exist because:
- We love and value horses and ponies. As sentient beings, they deserve our kindness and care. Unfortunately, there is still a need to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome horses and ponies – and to educate people about how to care for them.
- We have lived experience of how horses have made a difference to our lives. We know how to make a difference to other people’s lives through horses.
- Caring for horses and ponies and being outside with them in nature is good for our health, happiness and wellbeing too.
Our core values are Kindness, Care and Knowledge.
