Your role will be to support the Head of IT and to manage an IT Assistant for the largest equine charity in the South West. The role will primarily oversee the helpdesk, junior IT staff and offer 2nd line support if required. This will include the day to day running of Helpdesk operations and prioritising and escalating any jobs if necessary to the Head of IT. You will also be required to install IT infrastructure hardware, cabling and a new multi-site CCTV system. Working with the head of IT you will support and manage new IT deployments and ensure that they are delivered within agreed time scales. A large degree of physical work will be required to ensure that the IT infrastructure is maintained to an acceptable standard.
