Mare and Foal Sanctuary
Contact Centre, Newton Abbot
Permanent subject to successful completion of probationary period.
The Mare and Foal Sanctuary is the largest equine welfare charity in the South West peninsula dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming of horse and ponies in need. We have recently launched our new five-year corporate strategy and are ambitious for the future.
Within our Fundraising Strategy, we have an ambition to significantly grow our annual income. This growth will come from a range of areas across the fundraising mix, and one area where significant growth is anticipated is the Philanthropy team. We are now seeking a skilled and experienced Philanthropy Manager to join our successful team and deliver a step change in the scale and income over the coming years as well as expand and diversify our philanthropy supporter base.
Proven experience across all areas of philanthropy, including major giving, trusts and foundations, prospecting and stewardship, is essential. You will also lead the Philanthropy team, ensuring team members are effectively supported in their performance. You will continue to develop your own specialisms within the fundraising mix as well as contributing to all aspects of general fundraising in a multidisciplinary team.
If you feel you have the qualifications, skills and experience to fulfil this varied and rewarding role, and would like to be part of an ambitious and growing Fundraising Team, we would love to hear from you.
