If you’re looking for something fun and informative to do over the summer holidays then why not sign up for our Happy Hooves Pony Club.
The sessions, for Primary school age children, are ideal for any horse mad youngsters – and they give an idea of just what it takes to look after one of the Sanctuary’s cheeky ponies.
Children can have a go at grooming, filling hay nets, tack cleaning – and the inevitable poo picking. With fun pony facts, hobby horse gymkhana and the chance to decorate a horse shoe, there’s loads to excite any My Little Pony fans.
The club is meeting every Wednesday throughout August – on the 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th – at our Coombe Park Visitor Centre near Totnes and the morning sessions cost £15 per child.
We’re really forward to it!
