The following horses and ponies are available through our Help to Home scheme. This scheme aims to provide practical support to any owner who wishes to privately rehome their equine and ensure the most suitable home is found.
Our experienced staff will carry out pre-checks to assess the horse’s individual needs, help to prepare the horse for rehoming and assist in screening applicants.
Brodie is being rehomed as a NON RIDDEN COMPANION.
Brodie is a 15 year old, 12.2hh Dartmoor Pony.
He is easy to handle, good to catch and well behaved for the vet. He likes to play with things in his mouth so is better for the farrier when he is held, and when tied up, if he has a hay net to entertain him.
Brodie has no known health problems, and is up to date with routine health care. Being a native pony he will need his weight watching.
He is great to turn out with geldings, he can be quite playful with mares.
Brodie is good to leave by himself in the field, he likes to have company when in the stables. Brodie is used to living out.
Brodie is currently in the PL15 area and anyone wanting to offer him a home will be required to travel to meet him.
