We’re getting ready to welcome you back!

After a long wait, we are pleased to announce that our charity shops in Newton Abbot, Bovey Tracey, Babbacombe and South Brent will be reopening on Monday 12th April from 10am-4pm.

Our shops provide a vital income stream for the charity to help neglected horses like Inula who we recently discovered had been shot with air gun rifle.

Inula came to the Sanctuary following a large multi-agency rescue in 2019 involving over 100 horses.

Thanks to the income generated from kind donations to our shops, we can provide her with a Sanctuary for life and ensure she continues to receive the ongoing care she needs.

We are excited to welcome you back to the shops and we continue to have additional measures in place to keep you safe. These include hand sanitiser stations, sneeze screens at all of our counters, restricted numbers in-store and credit card transactions only.

We will also be accepting your pre-loved goods again. We have limited space in the shops so we will be operating a first come first served basis and once we are full we will unfortunately have to stop taking items.

Unfortunately, our charity shop on Kingsbridge high street is now permanently closed as our lease has come to an end due to a change in ownership.  We thank all our wonderful customers for their support over the years, and we look forward to finding a new home for our Kingsbridge charity shop in due course.

For more information about the opening hours of each of our shops, please visit our website.
