Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
- To enter the prize draw you must complete The Mare and Foal Sanctuary’s Visitor Feedback Survey 2023. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
- The survey closes on Sunday 3rd December 2023. Attempts to complete the survey after this date are not valid for entry into the prize draw.
- There will be one winner of the prize draw, selected at random, who will receive a year’s adoption of Sir Didymus. There will be only one prize.
- Entries are limited to one entry per person.
- The ‘entrant’ is the person whose name is identified on the mode of entry.
- Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
- The prize is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- The Mare and Foal Sanctuary reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond The Mare and Foal Sanctuary’s control makes it necessary to do so.
- The winner will be notified by email (see our privacy policy) within 10 working days of the draw taking place. Available on request after this time by calling our Supporter Services team on 01626 882 660.
- The Mare and Foal Sanctuary will not be responsible for and accepts no liability beyond the promoter’s reasonable control, including but not limited to:
any postponement or cancellation of the promotion
problems with the dispatch of prizes (such as prizes failing to reach the intended recipient) - The prize is subject to change and availability. The prize cannot be exchanged for any monetary value.
- The result of the prize draw is final and the promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By participating in this prize draw, entrants confirm they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The Mare and Foal Sanctuary is the promoter of the prize. This prize draw is not connected with or sponsored by any other company.
