Training Level:
Dolly is generally good to handle once she has got to know you and you understand the way she is happy for things to be done. She needs time to get to know her handlers and does not like to be over fussed. Dolly is good with vet and farrier.
Dolly's Past
Dolly came to us in 2017 as part of a multi-agency welfare case. (More details are available on request.)
Dolly's Future
Rehoming Fee: £50
Dolly would benefit from a one-to-one home with an adult handler.
She mixes well in a herd and settles well with both mares and geldings. She has been good to leave in a stable by herself whilst her friends are exercised.
Dolly doesn’t respect electric fencing, so will need a home where this will not be needed to be used.
She will need her grazing to be managed especially at certain times of the year to avoid obesity and Laminitis. She enjoys going for walks and other forms of enrichment.
Our Rehoming Advisors are available to help every day of the year. We will work to support you and Dolly as she settles in her new home and can offer training and advice as needed.
